Launched in 2025 by Anthony Delaney, Solar Reserve Rum was born from a love of fine Caribbean rum and a mission to bring fresh energy, craftsmanship, and sustainability to the premium spirits world.

From Island Vibes to London Nights

A sunset cocktail in Shirley Heights, Antigua — rum in hand, music playing, and good people all around — reminded me what great spirits are really about: connection, community, and shared moments that stay with you.

That evening sparked something. I wanted to bring a little of that magic back to London — not just the taste of aged Caribbean rum, but the feeling behind it.

Solar Reserve is my way of bottling that spirit: crafted with care, rooted in sustainability, and made to be shared.
