Launched in February 2025 by Anthony Delaney, Solar Reserve Rum Co. was born from a passion for fine Caribbean rums and a drive to bring fresh energy to the premium spirits scene. With a focus on craftsmanship and sustainability, the brand was created to showcase outstanding Caribbean rum while respecting the planet and sharing great times with friends in beautiful venues and settings.

SR55 Jamaican-Dominican Blend (43% ABV)

A blend of aged 3-8 year old Dominican Republic Rum from Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos (AFD) and 3 year old Jamaican rum from Lluidas Vale, with natural notes of tropical fruit, caramel, and subtle funk.

8 Dominican Single-Origin Rum (46% ABV)

Solar Reserve 8-Year-Old is made from cane juice in column stills and sourced from Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos (AFD). Aged 8 years at origin in once used ex-bourbon barrels, this rum brings forward deep notes of toffee, coconut, hazelnut, and spiced baked apple, finished with a smooth vanilla cream.
