Solar Reserve Rum was born in London with one clear idea: to reimagine Caribbean rum through a more conscious, crafted lens.

We work with sustainable distilleries in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, each growing their own sugarcane and recycling where even the by-products are reused, powering stills and feeding fields.

After aging gracefully under the Caribbean sun, our rums travel north to Scotland — home to some of the world’s finest cask masters — where they’re blended, rested, and bottled with the same precision and respect given to single malt whisky.

No added sugar. No artificial colouring. Just patience, provenance, and the quiet confidence of craftsmanship.
