Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Your Right of Return and Refund
If you change your mind:
You have a legal right to cancel any order within the period set out in section 3 below. This means that if, during the relevant period, you change your mind, you can cancel the order and receive a refund.
Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to products that are sealed for health protection purposes if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Your legal right to cancel an order starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we confirm acceptance of your order), forming a contract between us. The deadline for cancellation depends on the type of order and delivery method, as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Periods

Single Product Orders
If your order consists of a single product or multiple products dispatched in one package, you may cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the product(s).
Example: If you receive a Dispatch Confirmation on March 1 and the product(s) arrive on March 10, you can cancel any time between March 1 and March 24.

Multiple Product Orders (Delivered Separately)
If your order contains multiple products delivered on different days, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the final product in your order.
Example: If you receive a Dispatch Confirmation on March 1 and the last product is delivered on March 15, you can cancel any or all products until March 29.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact us via email or our website contact form and provide:
- Your name and order details to help identify the purchase.
- A brief reason for cancellation (optional).
- Confirmation that you wish to cancel.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm cancellation and process your refund accordingly.
4. Refund Guidelines
If you cancel your order because you changed your mind:
- You will receive a full refund for the product price.
- We will refund standard postage costs, but if you selected an expedited delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the least expensive shipping method available.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after cancellation.
Conditions:
- Refunds will only be issued once the product has been returned.
- If the product has been used or damaged, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
- If the product is lost or damaged during return shipping, we may reduce the refund value.
If a refund is issued and we later determine that the product was not returned or was handled in an unacceptable way, we reserve the right to recover the refunded amount from you.
5. Return Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- If we agree to collect the product from you, a collection fee may apply.
6. Wrong or Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, misdescribed, or incorrect, you have the legal right to reject it and request a refund or replacement.
To notify us of a faulty or incorrect product:
- Contact us via email or our website contact form.
- Return the product to the specified address.
For faulty or incorrect products, we will refund:
- The full product price.
- The original delivery charge.
- Any reasonable return shipping costs.
Please note that clearance or discounted items sold with cosmetic defects are not considered faulty unless they differ from the description provided at purchase.
