"A brilliant rum twist on the classic digestif cocktail"

Ingredients
- 50ml Solar Reserve 55 Exceptional Caribbean Rum
- 25ml Coffee liqueur
- 25ml Fresh espresso or cold brew
- Ice
- Garnish: Coffee beans

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard to create a thick crema.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with coffee beans.
