Ingredients
- 50ml Solar Reserve SR55
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25ml Cane or sugar syrup

Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 8 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe (or a martini glass if you don't have coupes, no snobbery here)
4. Optionally garnish with a lime wheel.
