Ingredients
30ml Solar Reserve 55 Exceptional Caribbean Rum Blend
30ml Sweet vermouth
30ml Bitter aperitivo
Ice
Garnish: Orange wheel (dry or fresh)

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange twist.
