"One of our favourites at Century Club, make this with SR55 or SR8"

Ingredients
- 50ml Solar Reserve SR55 or SR8
- 5ml Demerara syrup / 1sp Demerara sugar  (or 1 tsp brown sugar)
- 2-4 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Add sugar and bitters to a mixing glass.

Add a splash of Solar Reserve and muddle gently until the sugar begins to dissolve.

Add the rest of the Solar Reserve and ice.

Stir until chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Express an orange twist over the drink and drop it in.

Feel free to top with a splash of soda water to make it go further.
