"Giffords Guide Rum Paloma made with Solar Reserve 55"

Ingredients
- 50ml Solar Reserve SR55
- 120ml Pink Grapefruit soda
- Squeeze of fresh lime
- Ice
- Garnish: Pink Grapefruit slice or lime wheel

Method

1. Build Solar Reserve SR55 and lime in a highball glass over ice.
2. Top with grapefruit soda.
3. Give a gentle stir.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice or lime wheel.
